Warwick Boat Club’s rowing section enjoyed a very successful weekend of competition at Stourport Regatta with 7 wins between them on Saturday and further wins at the LTR regatta on Sunday.

Bill Haynes, a member of Rowing Section at Warwick Boat Club, has won a bronze medal in Light Man 60+ category at World Rowing Indoor Championship with phenomenal result of 1.31.1. Please join Bill in his story about preparation and virtual race at WRIC 2021.
Olivia Joyce, who took up rowing at Warwick Boat Club only five years ago, has won a silver medal the World Indoor Rowing Championships – without leaving her living room.
The 31-year-old won her medal with a personal best time of 1 minute 40.9 seconds in the women’s lightweight (30 -39 age category) final in the four-day championships in which 935 rowers competed from 63 countries.
