Club coaching is provided by over a dozen volunteer coaches from within the club membership, with additional specialist inputs from external coaches when required. Most club coaches are qualified to at least UKCC Level 2.
Winter and summer training programmes are provided with coach supervision. Our winter circuit sessions on a Monday evening are set by a former Army PT instructor and are renowned for their challenging nature.
Further land training – using weights and ergos - takes place throughout the year, with water training at weekends in the winter, and evenings during the lighter months.
